This is Iso file and that means that you will need Daemon tools.When it's download finished open daemon tools create a new drive then click add picture and add serious sam.cue and then install game.
When its game instaled open the disc and go to usermaps and there you will find rars of maps extract that maps in the directory where is serious sam.And then start and play the GAME !
